JSW Energy has announced its intention to raise up to Rs 10,000 crore through the issuance of securities, with shareholders' approval sought at the upcoming annual general meeting on July 11.
According to a regulatory filing, JSW Energy is diversifying growth strategies to align with its ambitious vision of reaching 30 GW installed capacity and 40 GWh storage capacity by the financial year 2030.
The company outlined plans to raise the substantial funds required through private offerings, preferential allotments, and qualified institutions placements, following board approval on May 15, 2025.
