In a spirited display of discipline and health consciousness, approximately 1,000 cadets from the National Cadet Corps (NCC) gathered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, on Friday to perform yoga in anticipation of International Yoga Day. The event's significance was echoed by Commanding Officer GS Vidyarthi, who emphasized yoga's critical role in maintaining both mental and physical wellness, which is vital for cadets aspiring to join the defense forces.
