Upon detecting irregularities in fund usage, a comprehensive inquiry was launched. Following this, the Senior Medical Officer along with an assistant and a data entry operator faced suspension due to their alleged involvement. The Health Secretary has established a committee to thoroughly investigate the claims.
Initially, the Senior Medical Officer was transferred to prevent any influence over the inquiry.
