Madhya Pradesh Police Probes Alleged Blackmail, Coercion in Sex-Change Case
A Zero FIR has been filed by Madhya Pradesh Police after a man alleged forced physical relations and blackmail by a friend, resulting in a pressured sex-change. The victim accuses the friend of using black magic and extortion. The case has now been transferred to Narmadapuram police.

Madhya Pradesh Police has registered a Zero FIR at Bhopal's Gandhinagar Police Station following a serious complaint regarding coercion and blackmail stemming from a forced sex-change scenario. Authorities responded swiftly after the victim alleged that a friend engaged in black magic to manipulate and maintain forced physical relations.
According to Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Addl DCP) Malkeet Singh, the complaint was lodged on July 2. It accuses a resident of Narmadapuram of black magic practices to control the victim, forcefully entering into physical relations, and coercing a sex-change procedure which occurred last November in Indore.
The victim further alleges continued harassment and blackmail demands post-transition. With the case transferred to Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh Police has commenced a thorough investigation, including medical examinations, under various applicable sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sahita, addressing issues like rape and extortion.
