On August 6th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate Kartavya Bhavan on Kartavya Path in Delhi, marking a pivotal moment in the government's pursuit of modern, efficient governance. The ceremony, scheduled for 12:15 pm, will be followed by a public address at 6:30 pm, as revealed by the Prime Minister's Office.

Kartavya Bhavan is part of the sweeping Central Vista transformation, underscoring the government's administrative reform agenda. This innovative facility aims to streamline administrative processes by consolidating various Ministries within a cutting-edge infrastructure, thereby improving inter-ministerial coordination and policy execution, reducing costs, and advancing service delivery.

The new facility will house the Ministries of Home Affairs, External Affairs, and others, providing IT-ready, secure workspaces that reflect modern governance needs. With a focus on sustainability, the complex embraces eco-friendly practices such as solar panels, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient systems, embodying an eco-conscious architectural ethos.
