Tata Capital has filed updated draft papers for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) involving 47.58 crore equity shares.
The IPO includes a fresh issuance of 21 crore shares and an Offer For Sale, with Tata Sons and the International Finance Corporation selling part of their stakes.
Estimated at USD 2 billion, this IPO could become the largest in India's financial history, complying with RBI's listing requirements for upper-layer NBFCs.
