Indian Army Bridges Digital Divide in Bhaderwah with New Computer Lab

The Indian Army's 4 Rashtriya Rifles (4RR) unit has unveiled a state-of-the-art computer lab at Little Angel School, Bhaderwah Campus. This move aims to promote digital literacy among students, enhancing their competitiveness at national and global levels. Commanding Officer Col Yogesh Chouhan emphasized the necessity of computer education in the age of Artificial Intelligence.

During the inauguration, Col Chouhan remarked, 'Education combats ignorance, unemployment, and extremism. Empowering youth with skills ensures they become tomorrow's torchbearers of peace and progress.' The fully equipped facility boasts high-speed computers and advanced software, promising to elevate the learning experience and bridge educational gaps in the region.

Students expressed joy over the new opportunities. Prikshit Kumar, a student, highlighted the newfound ability to learn coding and prepare for exams, while Ritika Sharma of Class 8 shared her excitement about pursuing graphic design. This initiative exemplifies the Indian Army's commitment to community development beyond its security duties.
