In a heartfelt gesture, Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan wished Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 75th birthday, reminiscing about their first encounter during the BJP's Ekta Yatra from Kanniyakumari to Srinagar in the early 1990s.

Chouhan shared a video, expressing admiration for Modi's leadership and his role in the successful yatra, which aimed to unite the nation and challenge terrorism in Kashmir, under the leadership of then-party president Murli Manohar Joshi. Modi played a crucial role, chosen for his resolve to lead the challenging expedition.

A commemorative event, 'Seva Pakhwada', has been launched by the BJP, featuring blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and exhibitions, to celebrate Modi's milestone birthday, highlighting the government's achievements.
