The Avtar Group, in collaboration with U.S.-based Seramount, has announced the second edition of the Best Companies for Women in Gulf (BCWG) list at the Best of Best Conference in Dubai. This influential list celebrates companies in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region that are leading in gender diversity and inclusive workplace policies.
The BCWG initiative evaluates companies on various parameters such as the recruitment and retention of female professionals, representation of women in leadership roles, pay equity and benefits, and support policies for parents and caregivers. It further emphasizes management accountability toward diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
The 2025 study has identified the top 10 companies excelling in these areas, from diverse sectors including technology, manufacturing, and finance. Dr. Saundarya Rajesh, Founder-President of Avtar Group, hails these organizations for setting a gold standard in promoting women's advancement in the workplace.
