CM Yogi Adityanath Leads Grand Vijayadashami Shobha Yatra in Gorakhpur

On Thursday, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath spearheaded the 'Vijay Shobha Yatra', a celebration held in honor of Vijayadashami. As part of the festivities, CM Adityanath, adorned with a headdress, received garlands and visited the revered Mansarovar temple to offer tributes.
The chief minister later conducted an aarti for actors portraying Ram, Lakshman, and Sita during the Ramlila event in Gorakhpur. Highlighting the core values established by Lord Rama's rule, Adityanath emphasized the importance of Dharma, truth, and justice in 'Ram Rajya'.
BJP MP Ravi Kishan, representing Gorakhpur, expressed enthusiasm for the annual event. He remarked on CM Adityanath's ceremonial role as 'peethadhishwar', acknowledging the national anticipation for the yatra aligned with the historic Vijayadashami celebration.
Vijayadashami symbolizes the victory of divine power over destructive forces. The festival resonates with its message of overcoming inner adversities and celebrates Lord Rama's conquest over Ravana, marking the triumph of righteousness over evil.
