In a heartfelt celebration of Gandhi Jayanti, the National Institute of Naturopathy (NIN) in Pune, along with the Central Bureau of Communication (CBC), hosted a special event in honor of the Father of the Nation. The event was marked by the presence of notable figures including Prataprao Jadhav, chief guest and guest of honor.

The commemoration began with Jadhav paying floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi's statue on the NIN campus and was further enriched by his visit to the Gandhi Museum. This museum displays an array of Gandhiji's personal items and his letters, offering attendees a glimpse into Gandhi's legacy, as noted by the Ministry of AYUSH.

A highlight of the event was a performance of Gandhi Bhajans by the CBC. K. Satyalakshmi, Director of NIN, extended a warm welcome and provided an overview of the institute's initiatives. In his keynote speech, Jadhav highlighted Gandhi's advocacy of naturopathy and urged citizens to integrate these holistic practices into their lives, advocating for truth and non-violence. The proceedings concluded with a tree plantation drive.
