In the latest twist in Bihar's political landscape, Congress leader Pramod Tiwari has voiced skepticism over Nitish Kumar's chances of reclaiming the Chief Minister's position, or even the role of Leader of Opposition, following the NDA's new seat-sharing strategy.

Similarly, RJD's Manoj Kumar Jha highlighted a shifting power dynamic, pointing to the BJP's dominance in the alliance. He remarked that Kumar's long-standing claim to seniority in the NDA has crumbled from within.

The official seat-sharing agreement for the upcoming Bihar Assembly elections sees both BJP and JD(U) competing for 101 seats each, and additional support from allies like Lok Janshakti Party and RLM. With the elections slated for November, former CM Jitan Ram Manjhi reaffirms allegiance to PM Modi, anticipating NDA's successful return.
