PNB Joins Hands with Kiwi for UPI Credit Revolution

Punjab National Bank has teamed up with Kiwi to introduce a new credit card designed for UPI-enabled transactions. Dubbed the PNB Kiwi Credit Card, this RuPay network card simplifies digital payment experiences with features like digital onboarding and cashback rewards.
The collaboration targets PNB's vast customer base of 180 million, with a significant portion in semi-urban and rural areas. The partnership intends to broaden credit access to underserved communities and accelerate the adoption of digital payment systems nationwide.
Bank Executive Director Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra remarks that as UPI continues to reshape India's payment landscape, the introduction of this credit card represents a major advance in providing financial flexibility and enhancing consumer spending capabilities.
