In a significant blow to the illegal drug trade, Delhi Police's Crime Branch has successfully arrested three individuals accused of trafficking banned pharmaceutical drugs, including Alprazolam tablets, Tramadol capsules, and codeine-based cough syrup. The operation primarily targeted the supply across the Delhi-NCR region, officials announced on Sunday.

Simultaneously, in a specialized operation in Dwarka, police apprehended a key associate of the infamous Nandu gang, uncovering a stash of illegal firearms and ammunition. Authorities suspect the individual's involvement in an extortion racket closely linked to Kapil Sangwan, alias Nandu.

A separate operation targeted a member of the notorious "Chenu Gang." The suspect was caught with illegal weapons in possession, confirming his active role in a wider criminal network that includes robbery activities. The ongoing investigation focuses on unraveling these intricate crime connections across the region.
