In Tokyo, Wong plans to engage in pivotal discussions with Japan's Foreign Minister Toshimitsu Motegito, focusing on energy and fuel security alongside discussions on the Middle East situation. These talks aim to fortify Australia-Japan collaborations in these sectors.
Beijing will see Wong participate in the eighth Australia-China Foreign and Strategic Dialogue with China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi, exploring bilateral interests and managing differences. Finally, in Seoul, Wong will address refined fuel supplies, pivotal to Australia's energy needs, with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Hyun.
