Prime Minister Narendra Modi is gearing up for a significant visit to Uttar Pradesh on April 28 and 29, where he will launch an array of development projects in Varanasi, valued at approximately Rs 6,350 crore. This initiative will be marked by the Mahila Sammelan, underscoring women's contributions to societal development.
On April 29th, PM Modi will offer prayers at Shri Kashi Vishawanath temple before heading to Hardoi to inaugurate the pivotal Ganga Expressway. Worth Rs 36,230 crore, this 594-kilometer expressway is set to redefine regional connectivity, cutting travel time significantly between key districts.
The visit underscores a significant push towards infrastructure elevation, with projects ranging from sewage treatment and solar power plants to hospitals and cultural site renovations. The Ganga Expressway epitomizes economic integration and regional development, poised to enhance logistics, attract industry investments, and spur agricultural efficiencies.
