JSW Energy has commenced operations of a 250 MW renewable energy project in Himachal Pradesh, increasing its total capacity to 13.7 GW. Since April 2026, the company has commissioned 250 MW including wind, solar, and hydro energy sources.
JSW Energy announced that it has launched operations of a 250-megawatt renewable energy venture in Himachal Pradesh. This move elevates the company's aggregate installation capacity to 13.7 gigawatts, according to an exchange filing.
The renewable project comprises 130 megawatts of wind power, 69.4 megawatts of solar energy, and a 50-megawatt contribution from the Tidong Hydro Plant. This expansion reinforces JSW Energy's commitment to diversifying its renewable energy portfolio.
Since April 2026, JSW Energy has successfully commissioned a total of 250 megawatts of renewable energy capacity, underlining its strategy to actively contribute to sustainable energy solutions.
