Sponsor Rapid Holdings 2 Pte, a part of Brookfield Asset Management, on Thursday sold a little over 3 crore units of Energy Infrastructure Trust for Rs 231 crore through an open market transaction.
According to the block deal data available on the BSE, Rapid Holdings 2 Pte Ltd offloaded 3,04,00,000 units of Energy Infrastructure Trust.
The units were disposed of at an average price of Rs 76.10 per unit, taking the transaction value to Rs 231.34 crore.
Through a separate deal, Tara Investments 2 (Incorporated VCC Sub-Fund) acquired an equal number of units at the same price, as per the data.
Energy Infrastructure Trust's units were settled flat at Rs 76.70 on the BSE.
