On Monday, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami paid tribute to the late Major General Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri, a former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and Union Minister, during a condolence meeting at the Late Harbans Kapoor Memorial Community Hall in Garhi Cantt.
