The incident occurred in remote Louran Top village when the girl stepped out of her home and encountered the wild bear.
Her cries for help alarmed local villagers, who managed to chase the bear back into the forest and rushed her to the hospital. She suffered facial and leg injuries and has been referred to Jammu for specialized medical attention, officials confirmed.
