NephroCare Health Services, founded in 2010, has remarkably expanded its operations from a single clinic in India to 500 clinics across India, Nepal, the Philippines, and Uzbekistan. The company serves over 33,000 patients annually.
This significant growth has been marked by NephroCare's recent filing of draft papers with the capital markets regulator, Sebi, in July 2025 to launch an initial public offering (IPO). The Hyderabad-based healthcare provider is focused on raising capital for further expansion.
In fiscal 2025, NephroCare Health Services boasts 125 clinics in tier II cities and 218 in tier III cities across India, creating 1,642 jobs and training 132 dialysis technicians. Financially, the company reported revenues of Rs 755.81 crore in FY25, and a net profit of Rs 67.1 crore. As part of the IPO, NephroCare plans to open 167 new dialysis centers in India by FY28.
