Haryana Boosts Healthcare in Gurugram with New Projects
Haryana's Health Minister, Aarti Singh Rao, announced various health projects totaling over Rs 2.86 crore for Gurugram. The projects aim to expand healthcare services in response to the district's growing population. Upgrades include new sub-centres, additional PHCs, and existing facilities elevated to Community Health Centres.

On Thursday, Haryana's Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao unveiled a series of health development projects totaling more than Rs 2.86 crore in Gurugram district. These initiatives are aimed at enhancing health services in the region, a government official stated.
Minister Rao emphasized the importance of regular progress checks on these projects by health department officials. She highlighted the focus on expanding medical infrastructure in Gurugram, recognizing its status as Haryana's most populous district.
The current fiscal budget prioritizes health infrastructure, with eight new sub-centres and three Primary Health Centres to be established in villages like Ransika, Rithoj, and Sidharwali. Moreover, existing PHCs in Daulatabad and Wazirabad will be upgraded to Community Health Centres. Pataudi MLA Bimla Chaudhary attended the event at the PWD Rest House.
