Gautam Adani, the chairman of Adani Group, officially inaugurated the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony for the Adani Centre for Eye Diseases in Bihar's Mastichak area on Sunday.

In partnership with Akhand Jyoti Eye Hospital, this facility aims to provide accessible and affordable eye care services. Accompanied by Priti Adani of the Adani Foundation, Gautam Adani expressed the project's significance in promoting eye health across the region.

Referring to the new center, he stated, "Our commitment of over 700 crore rupees to the Adani Akhand Jyoti Trust reflects our dedication to service and humanity." It's part of the broader effort to support community health, further emphasized by the planned Adani Training Centre for Ophthalmic Medicine.
