''Embassy of India, in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH and the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, launched an online Yoga and Mental Wellness programme today for Indian workers/caregivers in Israel'', the Embassy said in a social media post.
''The health, safety, and well-being of every Indian national abroad is an important priority of the Indian Govt,'' the mission said.
The first session took place on Friday morning, said the Embassy, even though it did not share details about the number of people who attended the programme.
Certified yoga instructors Dalip Kumar and Rahul Singh Chauhan will conduct the sessions on Fridays and Saturdays respectively, according to a flyer released by the mission.
