The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure in the UAE has launched the second phase of its ambitious Zero Bureaucracy Programme. This initiative aims to revolutionize public service delivery by cutting down on procedural steps and reducing the time required to deliver services.

The initiative was unveiled at the ministry's inaugural Zero Bureaucracy Forum of 2025, held in Dubai. The event saw the participation of senior officials as part of an ongoing effort to simplify procedures and enhance the customer experience in line with the UAE government's objectives.

A highlight of the forum was the introduction of the Minister's Zero Bureaucracy Award, designed to recognize and honor the best practices in service delivery. The programme encourages a culture of innovation among employees and seeks active engagement with partners and customers in the zero bureaucracy mission.
