The MEA emphasized the importance of dialogue and diplomacy, expressing concerns over regional security. They acknowledged the roles played by the US and Qatar in facilitating the ceasefire while reiterating India's commitment to peaceful resolutions.
Amidst the conflict, the MEA undertook 'Operation Sindhu,' successfully evacuating 2,858 Indian nationals from Iran. The latest flight landed in Delhi on Wednesday, with evacuees expressing relief and gratitude for the government's efforts in ensuring their safety.
