Tel Aviv [Israel] August 21 (ANI/TPS): In a suspected terror attack near the community of Malachei HaShalom, a shepherd from Gal Yosef farm in the Binyamin region sustained light injuries on Thursday morning.

According to initial reports received by The Press Service of Israel, two shepherds were herding cattle when a masked assailant armed with a pistol approached them from the trees. The attacker fired two shots and attempted to commandeer their ranger vehicle. In the ensuing struggle, which saw one shepherd bravely resist bare-handed, the vehicle overturned.

The injured shepherd is currently receiving medical attention from Magen David Adom paramedics. Meanwhile, the assailant has fled the scene, with IDF forces and security personnel actively searching the area for the suspect. (ANI/TPS)
