Italy's Tricolour Millet Pizza: A Culinary Tribute to PM Modi

In a unique culinary tribute, renowned Italian chef Valentino Rahim celebrated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's 75th birthday by creating a tricolour millet pizza at Zoya, a prominent restaurant in Rome. This creation highlights PM Modi's global initiative to promote millets as a superfood to combat food security and environmental issues.

The pizza, with a base made from millets, was adorned in the colors of the Indian flag: saffron, white, and green, symbolizing Rahim's respect for Modi's leadership in championing millets, or 'Shree Anna,' as a nutritional solution. 'Tanti Auguri Modi,' Rahim expressed in Italian, wishing the Indian leader well on his birthday.

Chef Rahim praised PM Modi's dedication to sustainable agriculture and healthier eating practices worldwide, hailing his millet advocacy as creative and inspiring. PM Modi's efforts led to the United Nations naming 2023 as the International Year of Millets, signifying the growing global appreciation of his vision.

As a part of Modi's 75th birthday celebrations, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will conduct a 15-day nationwide campaign, Seva Pakhwada, featuring blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, and exhibitions nationwide. Meanwhile, the film 'Chalo Jeete Hain,' will be re-released, celebrating Modi's influential outlook and impact.
