On Tuesday, Iran issued a stark warning, maintaining a poised stance for diplomatic talks, hours after U.S. President Donald Trump criticized a peace proposal as 'a piece of garbage,' declaring that Iran and the ceasefire were on 'life support.'

Iranian government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani described Iran's military readiness, emphasizing the goal of a negotiated settlement. This follows 40 days of intense conflict, with a ceasefire commencing on April 8 between Washington and Tehran.

Iran seeks a diplomatic solution to the conflict, Mohajerani stated, guided by principles of honor, wisdom, and expediency. The Iranian administration vows to restore full internet access, viewing it as a civil right and economic necessity, once peace is achieved.
