Forging Green Paths: India-Germany Collaboration for Industrial Transition

New Delhi's German Embassy recently became a hub for dialogue on fostering 'Industrial Green Transition.' The event, a part of the ongoing Climate Talk series, spotlighted partnering avenues between India, Germany, and the EU to expedite industrial decarbonization and harness long-term sustainability and economic growth.

The discussions, led by Germany's Ambassador to India Philipp Ackermann, emphasized the strategic partnership's robustness in shaping eco-friendly industrial ecosystems and futuristic supply chains. Ackermann highlighted India's pivotal role as a partner in green manufacturing, capable of driving clean technologies in tandem with German initiatives.

Contributions from Heike Henn of Germany's Federal Ministry, Anandi Iyer from Fraunhofer, and Nishant Arya of JBM Group brought forward varied perspectives on climate cooperation, policy development, and industrial innovation.
