Daring Hospital Escape Ends in Arrest: Criminal Nabbed Again After Bold Breakout

A wanted criminal known as Arkash, who daringly escaped from police custody at a hospital, has been recaptured, authorities announced on Thursday. The escape occurred while he was receiving treatment for a bullet wound sustained during a police encounter.

Arkash's initial apprehension was the result of a coordinated effort between the crime branch and Muradnagar police on Tuesday. Despite receiving care at a district hospital, Arkash managed to break free of his restraints and flee the premises early Wednesday morning.

After his escape, law enforcement deployed multiple search units, leading to his re-arrest. A new case has been filed for escaping custody, and a departmental inquiry has been initiated to investigate potential negligence by the guards assigned to him, according to Assistant Commissioner of Police Lipi Nagaich.
