The victim, Rajendra Yadav, was attacked with a sharp weapon while sleeping outdoors at his home in Bilari Sitar Bauli Tola village. He was discovered by his son in the early hours with severe injuries.
Police have initiated an investigation, registering an FIR and detaining three individuals for questioning. The family believes the motive was rooted in a long-standing conflict over land, with authorities now focusing on all potential angles.
