In a recent phone call, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping expressed concerns over the perceived 'rough edges' during the Group of Seven (G7) meeting. The Kremlin shared details of the conversation between the two leaders on Thursday.
According to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov, the leaders will have an opportunity to further discuss these issues face-to-face at the upcoming Shanghai Cooperation Organization meeting in China, slated for late August.
This dialogue highlights ongoing diplomatic dynamics and regional partnerships, as both presidents prepare for their in-person interaction in the coming months.
