Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated a new outreach office named Raabta on Friday, aiming to enhance grievance redressal and efficient decision-making via data-driven monitoring.
This marks the second such initiative in the region, following the launch of the first Raabta office in Srinagar in November 2022, designed to bolster citizen-government interactions and foster responsive governance.
Chief Minister Abdullah, alongside Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary, stated that this office, located at Canal Road in Jammu, intends to promptly address public concerns by offering strategic communication and data-centric solutions.
