A significant drug bust in Arunachal Pradesh has led to the seizure of over 210 kg of ganja and the arrest of three suspects, officials announced Friday.
The operation commenced on June 15 with the arrest of Passang Doka in Seppa, possessing 5.01 kg of ganja, according to Superintendent of Police Kamdam Sikom.
Subsequent investigations uncovered a larger network, resulting in further arrests in Kalaktang and the seizure of contraband valued at Rs 60 lakh. The probe continues as police aim to dismantle the trafficking syndicate.
