NIA Cracks Down on Pahalgam Terror Attack Accomplices
A local court granted a five-day NIA custody of two accused who helped Pakistani terrorists in the Pahalgam terror attack, which killed 26 people. The two men revealed the identities of the terrorists associated with Lashkar-e-Taiba. They provided the terrorists with necessary support before the attack.

A local court on Monday granted the National Investigation Agency (NIA) a five-day remand of two accused detained for aiding the Pakistani terrorists behind the deadly Pahalgam attack, which left 26 mostly tourists dead in April.
Parvaiz Ahmad Jothar from Batkote, Pahalgam, and Bashir Ahmad Jothar of Hill Park, Pahalgam, were apprehended on Sunday in a significant breakthrough for NIA investigators. The pair allegedly supported the terrorists affiliated with Lashkar-e-Taiba by providing shelter and logistical assistance.
After being presented in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jammu, Ritesh Kumar Dubey, they were sent to NIA custody until June 27. The accused have admitted to harbouring the terrorists at a seasonal hut in Hill Park before the attack, which targeted individuals based on religious identity.
