In a significant development regarding the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case, Meghalaya police have made a crucial discovery in a city drain. Items were retrieved based on insights from an arrested suspect, Shilom James, a real estate businessman.
An Indore police source hinted that the recovered bag might contain a country-made pistol, suspected to have vanished with other objects from a flat linked to Sonam Raghuvanshi. Sonam is the prime suspect who fled after Raja's murder.
James, alongside Lokendra Singh Tomar and Balbir Ahirwar, faces charges for obstructing the investigation. Meanwhile, Sonam and her alleged co-conspirators remain in custody, suspected of orchestrating Raja's murder during their honeymoon.
