In a tragic incident in Uttar Pradesh's Barabanki district, a 24-year-old woman and her mother suffered fatal electrocution while collecting clothes from a charged clothesline on Wednesday, according to police reports.

Chaman Zahra was gathering clothes from an iron wire during a drizzle, unaware it had become electrified. Upon contact, she received a severe electric shock. Her mother, Kaneez Fatima, rushed to assist her, but was also electrocuted upon touching the wire.
