Gold Heist Foiled: Trio Arrested in Gujarat
Three individuals, including a father-son duo, were arrested in Junagadh, Gujarat, for allegedly stealing 13 kg of gold jewellery valued at over Rs 13 crore. Among them, Jignesh Kuchdiya, an employee at J P Export Gold and Diamond Jewellery, was caught with jewellery worth Rs 11 crore. An investigation is ongoing.

In a dramatic turn of events, three individuals, including a father-son duo, were apprehended by Mumbai police in Gujarat's Junagadh for the alleged theft of over 13 kg of gold jewellery, valued at more than Rs 13 crore.
The accused include Nathabhai Hardasbhai Kuchdiya, his 19-year-old son Jignesh Kuchdiya, who worked for J P Export Gold and Diamond Jewellery, and their associate Yash Jivabhai Odedara. The heist was reported after Jignesh disappeared with a bag of jewellery during a business trip to Mumbai.
The police, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Anand Bhoite, traced Jignesh's escape route to Gujarat, recovering jewellery worth Rs 11 crore. A thorough investigation is still in process.
