Vikram Sahay, an experienced 1992-batch IRS officer, has ascended to the pivotal role of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. His appointment marks a significant step in tax administration within these Union Territories.
The announcement of Sahay's promotion from Principal Commissioner to Chief Commissioner was made by the Press Information Bureau through a release on Tuesday.
