An expert panel tasked with investigating the cause of the explosion is set to inspect the site. This committee, led by Dr. B Venkateswar Rao from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology, is expected to deliver its findings within a month, offering detailed recommendations to the government.
In the aftermath of the tragedy, Sigachi Industries' Managing Director, Amit Raj Sinha, rebutted claims of outdated machinery usage and announced compensation for the disaster's victims. Meanwhile, with the death toll confirmed at 38, SP Pankaj remains hopeful for clarity upon receiving forensic reports, despite not anticipating new discoveries from the remaining debris.
