The Supreme Court, on Monday, directed Jaggi Vasudev's Isha Foundation to approach the Delhi High Court with its plea to stop a Tamil media outlet from releasing alleged defamatory content against it.

A bench comprising Justices Surya Kant and Joymalya Bagchi allowed Nakkheeran Publications to withdraw its transfer petition, advising them to move to the High Court on the defamation suit's maintainability.

Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, representing the Isha Foundation, alleged that the media outlet accused the foundation of organ trade. He advocated for halting the publication's smear campaign against the globally followed charitable organization.
