The Haryana Police have stepped up security efforts across the state for the upcoming Common Eligibility Test (CET) examinations scheduled to take place over the weekend. These measures aim to ensure that the exams proceed peacefully and transparently.

A statement by Director General of Police Shatrujeet Kapur outlines thorough instructions to senior officers across all districts. Prohibitory orders will be enforced under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, around examination centers to eliminate potential disruptions.

Alongside multiple logistical arrangements such as traffic management, checkpoints, and security inspections, the authorities have advised public cooperation. Access to exam centres has been restricted to authorized personnel only, with a strict ban on mobile phones and electronic gadgets inside examination halls.
