In a tragic incident, Sanjay Kumar, an Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) jawan, was allegedly beaten to death by his relatives in Bihar's Gaya district. The police revealed the incident occurred in Bihiyan village under the Wazirganj police station on Thursday evening.
According to a police statement, officers rushed to the scene after receiving reports that Kumar had been attacked by family members. They transported him to the nearest government hospital, but sadly, he died during treatment.
Authorities suggest that a family dispute is suspected to be the cause of the violent confrontation. Investigations into the incident are ongoing as police seek to bring clarity and justice to this unfortunate event.
