Aishanya Dwivedi, widow of a Pahalgam terror attack victim, is calling for 'Martyr' status for her husband and 25 others who died in the incident. During a parliamentary debate on 'Operation Sindoor,' she highlighted the lack of recognition and support for the families of the deceased.

Dwivedi criticized political leaders for undermining the gravity of the April 22 attack, emphasizing that terrorism doesn't discriminate by caste or political allegiance. She called for national solidarity, asserting, "We must stand with the nation and fight against terrorism," in response to dismissive comments from some political figures.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh addressed the Lok Sabha, stating that 'Operation Sindoor' was paused as the armed forces achieved their objectives. He assured that the operation would resume if necessary, while Dwivedi continues advocating for justice and recognition for the victims' families.
