In a significant bust, Rajasthan Police have disbanded an illicit liquor manufacturing operation in Jhalawar district, seizing a huge stash of materials used for making illegal country liquor.
The raid, conducted by teams from Dag and Unhel police stations in Luhariya village, revealed a makeshift factory operating on agricultural land owned by Fateh Singh, who managed to escape the authorities.
Jhalawar SP Amit Kumar disclosed the recovery of 500 liters of spirit chemical, 6,000 empty bottles, a packing machine, assorted labels and stickers, and an electric generator during the operation. A case under the Excise Act has been filed against the elusive owner.
