The grief-stricken parents of the RG Kar medical college victim are mobilizing support for the upcoming Nabanna Abhijan march, scheduled for August 9, seeking justice for their daughter a year after her tragic death.
Invited by BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari, the parents are urging all political parties, excluding the ruling TMC, to join the march without party flags, uniting under the simple slogan of 'We demand justice.'
The victim's father criticized TMC, alleging interference in the investigation, while TMC's Kunal Ghosh countered, insisting the CBI found no further leads beyond the police findings, resulting in a life sentence for one involved.
