The man, Monu Rathore, filed a complaint detailing the coercion attempt by constables Dharmendra Kumar and Javed Ali. According to the SP, the transaction piqued the constables' interest, leading them to demand initially Rs 25 lakh, later reduced to Rs 10 lakh, threatening punitive police action.
