In a bid to address ongoing concerns within the Kuki-Zo community, a delegation from the Kuki-Zo Council (KZC) held a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Wednesday.
The discussions, which lasted for two hours, revolved around the aspirations and issues pivotal to the Kuki-Zo people. The KZC delegation, led by Chairman Pu Henlianthang Thanglet, included prominent leaders from various tribes within the community.
Both parties acknowledged the importance of public consultation and reiterated their commitment to continue dialogue in the future, concluding the meeting on a positive and constructive note.
