Scheduled from July 21, the session was marked by incessant interruptions, particularly over the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Bihar's electoral rolls. Birla noted that out of 419 starred questions, a mere 55 were addressed due to continuous deadlock, deviating significantly from the planned 120 hours of dialogue.
